Austin already has enough problems, the last thing they need down there is this. I realize accidents can happen to anybody, nevertheless, this guy should surrender his weapon and work in the property shed from now on.
I'm not picking on Tulsa. My uncle would still live there if his Mississippi wife would come along. But with the same FBI chart from Sep. 2009, the rate per 1,000 population of murders and non-negligent homicides is 12.5% higher in Tulsa than Chicago. (.18 vs .16)
