No mention of an arrest, so there likely wasn't one. I don't know the neighborhood though its pretty close to Chicago. There is no real evidence to take it beyond a he said, she said type of encounter. I'm sure Baldr will likely include this in his Walmart blog, because its really all their fault. But I'm glad things ended peacefully.
