For some reason blogger kept giving me the dashboard in Urdu! I know there are a lot of people from the subcontinent here, but English is the official language (I didn't check if they had Welsh as an option--they don't).
Anyway, I managed to fix it (after about three months of this) by going to www.blogger.com/language.g
